You can ask G-ynthetic Labs LLC to delete personal information we hold about you. This page covers the City SeCUReD website. For the company website, see its Data deletion page, or simply write to us and we will route your request.
What we may hold
This website has no accounts, forms or cookies, so in most cases the only personal information we hold is correspondence: emails you have sent to info@g-ynthetic-labs.com and our replies. The interactive preview keeps its view settings only in your own browser; clearing this site’s data removes them, and we never receive them. Our Privacy page explains this in full.
How to ask
- Email info@g-ynthetic-labs.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Send it from the email address the information is connected to, or tell us which address to search for.
- Tell us whether you want everything deleted or only certain messages.
If we cannot confirm that a request comes from the person the information is about, we may ask for more detail before acting on it.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request.
- We will delete the information from our email and records, and ask the service providers who hold it on our behalf to do the same where they are able to.
- We will confirm in writing once it is done.
What we may need to keep
We may keep information where the law requires it, or where we need it to establish or defend legal claims. We will also keep a short record that your request was made and completed, so we can show it was honoured. If we must keep anything, we will tell you what and why.
