Not for real emergencies
City SeCUReD is an exercise and research tool. Do not use this website or the preview to respond to a real incident. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number and follow the direction of your local authorities.
What this website is
This website describes City SeCUReD, a research prototype for emergency-management exercises, and offers a reduced browser preview running on sample data. It is for general information. It is not professional, legal, operational or safety advice, and it does not replace a jurisdiction’s own plans, procedures or the judgment of qualified people.
Research prototype and stated limits
City SeCUReD is in development. It has not been validated against real incidents, and its rubric has not received credentialed NIMS/ICS reviewer sign-off. Simulation and benchmark results describe behavior inside the simulator only. Descriptions, illustrations and stated stages reflect our current direction and are not promises that a feature will be available, or available in the form shown. Concept imagery is illustrative.
No endorsement
References to NIMS, ICS, HSEEP and FEMA material describe the public frameworks the project draws on. City SeCUReD is an independent project. It is not a FEMA product, and no agency endorsement, certification or credential is claimed or implied.
The interactive preview
The preview is provided so you can explore the interaction model. It runs in your browser on generated sample data and does not connect to live feeds or operational systems. You may use it for your own evaluation. Please do not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.
Our content and marks
The text, images, logos, software and design of this website belong to G-ynthetic Labs or are used with permission. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may link to this website and share its pages for non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, alter or reuse our content or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work, without our written permission.

- Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website or the systems behind it.
